Audio streaming explodes across the Atlantic
A recent study published by Nielsen, the "international data measurement and analysis company", has shown that 50% of adults over the age of 18 in the United States consume streaming audio content via their smartphone each week. Compared to last year, this figure has increased by 7 points (43% in 2018). More than ever, we see that consumption patterns and listening habits are constantly evolving and tending towards digital. The smartphone is undoubtedly the technical device receiving the most attention from listeners, whether they are in Europe or elsewhere.
Digital audio has a clear future in front of it and a margin of progression that allows it to develop its full potential a little more each year.
