Billie Eilish, the undisputed queen of the AMAs 2025
Mardi 27 Mai 2025
We finally know the results of the American Music Awards 2025, which took place on May 26, 2025, in a vibrant atmosphere in Los Angeles. The ceremony, brilliantly hosted by Jennifer Lopez, delivered its share of surprises and accolades… and one artist particularly shone.
While the audience was dazzled, Billie Eilish, enjoyable to listen to on the Pop Queens by AllZic Radio webradio, emerged as the big winner. The young pop prodigy literally swept the board, winning 7 trophies at this historic edition! The awards include:
-
Artist of the Year
-
Album of the Year with Hit Me Hard and Soft
-
Song of the Year with Birds of a Feather
-
Favorite Touring Artist
-
Best Female Pop Artist
-
Best Pop Album of the Year
-
Best Pop Song of the Year
A true recognition for the American singer, who is currently on a world tour. Physically absent from the ceremony, Billie Eilish nonetheless took the time to thank her audience through an emotional video message, expressing her gratitude towards her fans.

On the other hand, the evening was much less sweet for Taylor Swift. While rumors of a musical comeback from the star had stirred social media in recent weeks, the singer ultimately revealed nothing, and worse still: no awards won despite numerous nominations. A real blow for the Swifties, especially since the artist was not even present at the event.
As for other awards, Lady Gaga and Bruno Mars took home the Collaboration of the Year and Video of the Year, confirming their artistic chemistry. Beyoncé won the titles of Best Female Country Artist and Country Album of the Year, surprising her fans in this genre. Finally, The Weeknd walked away with the awards for Best R&B Album for Hurry Up Tomorrow and Best Male R&B Artist of the year.
The AMAs 2025 thus proved to be the stage for an absolute triumph for Billie Eilish, but also for some unexpected disappointments. An edition that will go down in history.
